The service

Scoopd provides weekly dog waste removal from residential properties. We scoop, bag, and haul away all pet waste from your yard on your scheduled service day.

Pricing and billing

Your monthly rate is based on your yard size and is confirmed during signup. Your first cleaning is free. Billing begins one week after your first service. We charge monthly to the card on file. Prices may be adjusted if your actual yard size differs from your selected size — we will notify you before any change.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Cancel by texting us, emailing us, or using your account portal. Service will stop at the end of your current billing period.

Yard access

You are responsible for ensuring our technicians can access your yard on service days. If we cannot access your yard, the visit will count as a completed service. Please provide gate codes or access instructions during signup.

Liability

Scoopd is licensed and insured. We take reasonable care on your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing lawn damage, pet behavior, or conditions beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of one month of service.

Weather policy

We service rain or shine. In the event of severe weather (storms, flooding, ice), we will reschedule to the next available day and notify you by text.
