What we collect

When you sign up for Scoopd, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to provide our dog waste cleanup service, communicate with you about appointments and billing, and improve our service. We will text you appointment reminders and service completion notifications.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and SMS providers for text notifications.

Your choices

You can update your information, pause your service, or cancel your account at any time by texting us or using your account portal. Upon cancellation, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
